Fatigue Predictor Fb

Fatigue Predictor Fb is designed for use with your FITBIT device. It can download your Sleep data and calculates your Individual Fatigue Likelihood Score (IFLS). It will predict when your are getting fatigued to a level of performance impairment equivalent to intoxication with 0.05 and 0.1% BAC (blood alcohol content). Be warned when you reach that level and be a responsible professional driver, operator, pilot, health professional. You can email or text your supervisor with the results.
